Returns Policy
At Los Reis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Returns for Clothing Sizes
We understand that finding the perfect size and fit can be challenging, so we offer returns for clothing items if you require a different size. However, please note the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all accessories included.
- Products damaged by the customer, intentionally or accidentally, will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Returns for sizes can only be accepted once per customer.
2. Returns for Manufacturing Faults
If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. There is constant quality inspections a product goes through before its delivered to a customer. In such cases:
- We will arrange for the return of the faulty item and conduct an inspection. If the fault is verified, you will receive a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
3. Returns for dissatisfaction
If you wish to return a product due to dissatisfaction, please note:
- If a customer chooses to return the product because they are unhappy with their purchase or due to a reason that the product was not as they expected without any issues highlighted in 2. or 3. then the amount paid towards shipping will not be refunded but the product amount will be.
4. Returns within Warranty Period:
Any product returned within its warranty period from the date of purchase can be returned in full. However please refer to the watch warranty to see what’s not included in the warranty.
5. Products from our Customizable Apparel category:
- As each products design is tailored to individual customers, they cannot be refunded or exchanged regardless of size or fit being an issue.
- Products delivered with manufacturing or printing faults are however refundable as long as it can be verified that the faults were not caused by the customer.
6. Out-of-Stock Products
In the event that you purchase a product that is not in stock:
- We will refund the full purchase amount to your account and notify you of the instance.
- Should a customer purchase multiple products with one of them not being in stock. The order will be shipped and the amount will be refunded to their account.
