This is a Rib Cotton Drawstring Skirt with flower applique’ and v-hem. The “rib” cotton is a soft stretchable knit which is durable and comfortable. The flowers are cut out and sewn on by hand and the waist is not elastic but a true drawstring with a retaining zipper on the tie side. All stitching is quality done by hand.
