PureGuardian 10,000 LUX Full Spectrum Energy Light with Customizable Blue or White Light Therapy Intensity, Timer, Pure Guardian (Pack 1)

I couldn’t see spending almost two hundred dollars on a little blue light from another company, and I wasn’t sure if white light or blue light would benefit me more-so finding this light was perfect! I had researched the therapeutic benefits of white lights and found that 10000 lux was essential and that blue light therapy was just as beneficial as the white. The size of this unit is about the size of a tablet with the light surface being 5.5″x8″ tall-not too big and definitely not too small! The 3 brightness levels are a plus and I love that I can choose white or blue light. My eyes prefer the blue light. The four stage timer is really convenient too. It’s really easy to use-power button, up & down brightness level button, timer button, and light choice button. I have noticed that my SAD is not as bad this year too, I’m not as moody or depressed. I would highly recommend this (and I have) to anyone who is looking to purchase a full spectrum light and at a great price to boot!!
