It’s very easy to look after and care for, and almost indestructible!The iron plant is part of the lily family and its native home is China and Asia, where it used to grow in poor soil under trees, so it is very good at surviving neglect!Since Victorian times this variegated Aspidistra has been very popular with its beautiful, paddle shaped, elegant leaves that have graced many a film set.
