The person who grinded it went a bit too far and changed the contour of the blade tip as well. All the nickel fittings show a heavy yellowing from years of no cleaning or maintenance. The grip is also well worn and clearly never re-stained. The grip is a bit loose due to wood shrinking. The pommel nut shows no tool marks and can be removed by hand with no tools. The scabbard shell is dent free and the color is mostly due to oxidation. The ball end is dented and the screws appear to be unturned. It’s not a perfect dagger but if you are the type of collector that likes things with that aged and never cleaned look, this might be fore you.
